ManageEngine VQManager is a real-time monitoring tool for VoIP network. It allows you to monitor VoIP network for voice quality, bandwidth usage, call traffic, incomplete calls, answer delay, voice bandwidth usage and other metrics. It supports SIP (Single In-line Package) and Real-time Transport Protocol, H.323 and Skinny Client Control Protocol.

When installing the program you are asked for the Web server port and the database port. You can live the default values. You are asked if VQManager will be installed like as service but you can change this option after installing it with the system try icon. You can open the Web console from the system try icon too. If this is the first time you are using the Web console the user name and password is admin. After entering the user name and password the VQManager configuration wizard will show up the recommended options like "use VQManager's inbuilt sniffer" - the default option. "Import the Call Detail Records (CDR) log files" and "Import the CDRs sent as Syslog messages by Call Servers" are available only in Professional Edition.

The Web Console includes plotting of call flow, real-time monitoring, trend analysis and so forth.

Hardware: 1.8 GHz Pentium, RAM 1 GB, Hard Disk 2 GB. (Optimal hardware configurations depend on the number of simultaneous calls).
OS: Windows 2000 SP4, XP Professional, Vista; Linux Red Hat Enterprise Linux 4.4, Mandriva 2006, Debian 4.0, Ubuntu 5.10, CentOS 5, SuSE Linux 10, Fedora Core 4.
Minimum Web interace: IE 6, Firefox 1.5.0.
